Lightning kills one, another falls to death

Two persons died in separate incidents in Morang and Sunsari district.
A person died in lightning strike in Morang, while another person fell to his death in Sunsari district.
Police said Ramu Marandi, 70, died after being struck by lightening at Jahada Rural Municipality in Morang. He was at his home when the lightning occured.
Similarly, Dayaram Chaudhary, 50, died after falling off an electric pole at Rahipur in Itahari sub-metropolis in Sunsari. Chaudhary was climbing the pole with a ladder when he fell. Critically injured Chaudhary was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died duirng the course of treatment.
