President Bidya Devi Bhandari is set to make her first address to a joint meeting of the Federal Parliament on Thursday.
As scheduled, President Bhandari will address the joint meeting of the parliament, which was constituted following the elections to the House of Representatives and National Assembly, at 4.00 pm this afternoon.
According to Parliament Secretariat Spokesperson Bharat Raj Gautam, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, House of Representatives Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara and National Assembly Chairperson Ganesh Timalsina, among others, will receive President at the conference hall.
