Vehicular movement in Kulpate of Dipayal has been obstructed since this morning.
They have not received the body yet demanding proper compensation.
Three-year-old Biswash Kati of Khatigaun, Shikhar Municipality-1 was crushed to death by the tractor (Se 2 Ta 908) at Rajpur in Silagadhi Municipality-4 of Dipayal at around 4 pm yesterday.
Discussions are underway at the Area Police Office, Dipayal, regarding compensation and other demands the family members.
The kith and kin of the deceased have demanded Rs 1.2 million compensation.
