The Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) has decided to support Bidya Devi Bhandari in the presidential election.
A meeting of RJPN presidium held on Friday decided to vote for Bhandari in the presidential poll, RJPN General Secretary Keshav Jha said.
He also added that the talks between the left alliance and RJPN for the latter's participation in the incumbent government were positive.
As the talks of the RJPN with the leaders of CPN-UML and Maoist Centre are heading towards positive direction, the RJPN is also supporting Bhandari in presidential election.
Incumbent President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Laxmi Rai of Nepali Congress are vying for the post of the President. The election scheduled for March 13. RSS
