US President Donald Trump has sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on his election to the high office.

Trump said that the United States stands ready to advance a fruitful partnership with Nepal.

“Nepal’s historic completion of local, provincial and national elections is a testament to your country’s allegiance to inclusive democratic governance,” Trump said in his message, wishing PM Oli a productive time in office. (PR)
