Earlier on January 8, SC Section Officer Netra Bandhu Poudel had lodged a contempt of court case against Dr KC.
After the contempt of court case was lodged, a police team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, under the direction of SC, arrested Dr KC from the premises of TUTH.
Earlier, Dr KC and his team had filed a complaint at the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, against CJ Parajuli demanding investigation into the authenticity of his citizenship certificate.
