CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli held a meeting at the latter’s residence in Balkot, Bhaktapur, on Saturday.

During the meeting, the duo focused mainly on matters relating to the unification between two parties and Maoist Centre’s participation in the government.

Emerging from the meeting, leader Dahal said that today’s meeting was positive and efforts are on to announce the unification soon.

Prime Minister's press coordinator Chetan Adhikari said the two leaders met on the eve of the meeting of the Party Unification Coordination Committee scheduled for tomorrow.

The PUCC meeting slated for tomorrow will discuss the issue of party unity and government participation and the two chairs discussed the same issues today. RSS
