Three people have died in a road accident that occurred at Borderland along the Araniko Highway on Friday.

According to the police, a vehicle with registration number Ba 4 Kha 2812 en route to Barhabise from the border area met with an accident and claimed the lives of the driver of the vehicle Shekhar Adhikari of Mansarobara, Barhabise and Subba Adhikari and Kamal Adhikari.

Details regarding the incident are yet to arrive, informed District Police Office SP Mohan Prasad Pokharel.
