Two Indian nationals have been arrested by the Chitwan police along with over 86 kg of marijuana.
Naresh Kumar Prasad, 24, and Nikesh Kumar, 19, of Gopigunj of Motihari district, India were taken under control by police from Bharatpur Tuesday, according to Chitwan’s police chief, superintendent of police Deepak Thapa. Further investigations into the case are underway.
Police also seized a vehicle bearing an Indian number plate (JH 01N 8611) used to transport the contraband which was reportedly being smuggled to India via Birgunj. RSS
