The Judicial Council (JC) has recommended four judges in various high courts across the country on Thursday.
Chief Registrar at the Supreme Court (SC) Nahakul Subedi has been recommended the chief Judge of Tulsipur High Court. Likewise, Udaya Chapagain, Hari Pokharal and Yagya Basyal have been recommended to the high courts at Janakpur, Surkhet and Dipayal respectively.
Chief Justice will appoint them as per the recommendation of the JC.
A meeting of the Legal Services Commission (LSC) has recommended Mahendra Upadhyay to the post of Registrar at SC and Chiranjibi Khanal to the post of Secretary at the LSC today itself.
