Election Commission has made public the number of seats the political parties have secured under the Proportional Representation (PR) system in Provincial Assembly on Friday.
As per the EC, CPN-UML has obtained 75 seats, Nepali Congress 72 and CPN (Maoist Centre) has got 35 seats. Similarly, Sanghiya Samajwadi Forum has secured 13 seats while Rastriya Janata Party has got 12 seats.
Also, Rastriya Prajatantra Party and Bibeksheel Sajha have got three seats each, Janamorcha got two while Naya Shakti has got one seat in Provincial Assembly.
