Kathmandu
Nepali Congress former General Secretary Prakash Man Singh has said that CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre) cannot step into rule and procedure with the power of majority.
Speaking at a programme organised in the Capital on Wednesday, Singh, who had won the parliamentary election from Kathmandu-1, said that the government will hand over the power once the process completes.
“We can accept everything raised by the left alliance of UML and Maoist Centre,” he said, adding, “We will not stay in the power for a second once the process for the formation of National Assembly completes.”
He was of the opinion that they were not in the side of staying in the government after the new people’s mandate.
