An unidentified man has died due to cold at Chandrauta in Kapilvastu Shivaraj Municipality in the district, the police said. The locals reported to the police after finding the man in his 40s dead in the street on Sunday morning.
The deceased, who was a beggar, had been living in the streets. Meanwhile, increasing cold over the past few days has affected life in the district. RSS
