CPN-UML candidate Ghanashyam Bhusal has emerged victorious in Rupandehi constituency-3.
He defeated his rival candidate Deepak Bohora of Rastriya Prajatantra Party with a margin of 5,444 votes.
Bhusal mustered 32,866 votes while Bohora garnered 27,422 votes, while SSFN's Mahendra Yadav got 12,536 votes.
