CPN-UML central committee leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Bhim Rawal elected in Achham-1. He defeated his nearest rival candidate Bharat Kumar Swar of Nepali Congress (NC) by a margin of 7164 votes.bookmark

CPN-UML central committee leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Bhim Rawal elected in Achham-1. He defeated his nearest rival candidate Bharat Kumar Swar of Nepali Congress (NC) by a margin of 7164 votes.
Rawal secured 24883 votes, while Swar received 17,719 votes. Prior to this, the left alliance of CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre) has won four seats of province assembly.
