Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal (SSFN) Chairman Upendra has emerged victorious in Saptari constituency-2 on Saturday.
He defeated his rival candidate Umesh Kumar Yadav of CPN (Maoist Centre) with a margin of 10, 040.
Upendra mustered 21,620 votes while Umesh garnered 11580 votes.
