Rabindra Adhikari wins for 3rd consecutive time in Kaski
CPN-UML leader Rabindra Prata Adhikari has been elected to House of Representatives from Kaski-2. He defeated his nearest rival Devraj Chalise of Nepali Congress (NC) by 8546 votes.

CPN-UML leader Rabindra Prata Adhikari has been elected to House of Representatives from Kaski-2. He defeated his nearest rival Devraj Chalise of Nepali Congress (NC) by a margin of 8546 votes.
Adhikari, who is also the central committee member of CPN-UML, secured 27207 votes. NC’s Chalise garnered 18661 votes. This is Adhikari’s third back-to-back victory in Kaski. He had been elected in the first CA elections in 2008, and second CA elections 2013. There are three constituencies in Kaski, though there were four constituencies in the district during the two CA polls.
