Voting has been halted in Mathura Primary School 'B' polling centre in Sandhikharka, Arghakhaachi on Thursday.
Accroding to Chief Election Officer Kedar Nath Sharma, voting had to be halted after dispute rose alleging the polling centre's election officer Surendra Raj Adhikari of letting voters cast ballot without his signature.
