A bomb disposal squad of Nepal Army on Thursday defused an improvised explosive device (IED) planted at ward office Bhimeshwor municipality-6 along Lamosangu -Jiri road stretch in Dolakha district.
The road was blocked since early in the morning after a pipe bomb was spotted. Vehicular movement resumed on the road after the security personnel defused the IED.
