Police have arrested four cadres of Netra Bikram Chand led Nepal Communist Party.
They are Basundhara Karki of Ilam municipality-5, Sanjeev Phago of Ilam municipality-11, Bishal Rai of Ilam municipality-1, and Mohan Baral of Deumai municipality-8.
They were arrested for carrying out activities against the election, said Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Ilam, Ramesh Basnet.
