Police have arrested five leaders and cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led Nepal Communist Party from different parts of Morang district.
They are Morang In-charge of Biplav-led NCP, Pushkar Shrestha, 35, of Okhaldhunga, Regional In-charge of the party, Dilli Nepali, 48, of Urlabari Unicipality-2, Jagat Magar, 37, and Govinda Karki, 63, of Miklajung rural municipality-3- and Prakash Ghimire, 53, of Urlabari-7.
They were arrested on the charge of carrying out different activities against the election, said Police Inspector at Area Police Office, Urlabari, Chandra Bahadur Thapa.
