Police has arrested five cadres of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), led by Netra Bikram Chand, on charge of carrying anti-poll activities in Dhankuta. Superintendent of Police Sudip Rajbhandari on Thursday said the NCP district in charge, Madhav Gautam, and the party’s district members Rana Kumar Rai, Mohan Ojha, Prem Kattel and Ranjit Rai were arrested from various parts of Sahidbhumi Rural Municipality.
