Addressing an election assembly of left alliance at Palungtar in Gorkha constituency-2 on Wednesday, the UML and Maoist Centre leaders said that the two parties would merge to form a single after the elections.
“The communist rule will be established subsequently after the elections,” said Oli, adding, “Sher Bahadur Deuba is the last Prime Minister from Nepali Congress.”
“Nepali Congress has lost its stature from the time of BP and Ganeshman. The old tree Nepali Congress has tumbled,” he further said.
Saying the communist rule is for the development and prosperity of the country, former Prime Minister Oli said that the communist parties were not authoritarian as claimed by Nepali Congress (NC).
He further said that Naya Shakti Party Nepal Coordinator Baburam Bhattarai has no chance of winning the elections. NC is supporting Bhattarai in the upcoming polls. He compared the election symbol of Bhattarai with a fake eye.
Similarly, Dahal said that he felt relieved to see the huge turnout of people in the election campaign assembly.
“My tension has been relieved by your participation. It has been almost sure that that Narayankaji will win the election and Baburam will lose,” he said. He added that Baburam Bhattarai has forged electoral alliance with reactionary forces.
Saying that Baburam has not only left the party, but has also failed to keep promise and ideology, leader Dahal said he has no ethics to canvass votes.
He accused Bhattarai of forging electoral alliance with reactionary force.
