Property worth around Rs. 6.7 million was destroyed in a fire that broke out at a house in Miklajung Rural Municipality-5 of Morang on Sunday.
The two-storey house belonging to Bhupendra Karki caught fire reportedly due to electric short circuit. The incident occurred at around 7:00 pm yesterday, police said.
The flame was later taken under with the help of locals and fire engines after two hours, Inspector Chandra Bahadur Thapa of the Area Police Office, Urlabari said. RSS
