One Israeli tourist, Abiyajar Berid, 26, lost her life when the ill-fated jeep, Ga 1 Ja 6034, en route to Tal from Beshisahar turned turtle some 1 km from the destination at around 7pm yesterday. Berid breathed her last on the way to Besishahar for treatment, DSP Padam Bahadur Bista said.
There were 12 passengers onboard including the driver.
Sub-Inspector Lok Bahadur Thapa of the Sima Police Beat, Dharapani informed that eight Israeli tourist and two Nepalis injured in the incident have been airlifted to Kathmandu.

An Israeli tourist died when a jeep he was travelling in met with an accident at Nasong Rural Municipality in Manang on Sunday evening.
The deceased has been identified as 24-year-old Abiyajar Berid.
Berid breathed her last on the way to Besishahar for treatment, DSP Padam Bahadur Bista said.
Police said that nine persons including two Nepalis were injured in the incident.
Of the injured, one is receiving treatment at the Lamjung District Hospital while preparations are underway to airlift others to Kathmandu, said DSP Bista. RSS
