The government of Nepal has expressed deep sorrow on the heavy loss of lives in the mass shooting in Las Vegas of the United States of America on Sunday.  

Issuing a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs extended sincere condolences and sympathies to the bereaved families of the victims who lost their lives and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.

“At this hour of grief, thoughts and prayers of the people and the Government of Nepal are with the friendly people and the Government of the United States of America,” read the statement.
