Three people died and 19 others were injured when a bus carrying pilgrims met with an accident in Mustang on Tuesday.
Two of the deceased have been identified as bus driver Khem Buda of Baglung and Ganesh Subedi of Biratnagar. The identity of the third deceased is yet to be established.
The ill-fated bus (Ga 1 Kha5529) was returning from Muktinath (holy site) when kidded off the road and fell some 100 metres down at Kagbeni in Muktichhetra Rural municipality today, police said.
The injured are receiving treatment at the District Hospital, Jomsom.
