Two recently formed political parties Ujjwal Thapa-led Bibeksheel Nepali and Rabindra Mishra-led Sajha Party have finalised the process of unification.
Sajha Party Chairman Rabindra Mishra, in a facebook post, wrote that both parties will make the announcement of unification amid a press conference on Wednesday.
Both parties garnered immense public support during the first phase of local level elections held on May 14. The party had fielded their respective candidates for the post of mayor and deputy mayor at Kathmandu and Lalitpur Metropolitan Cities.
