Two persons died and eight others were injured when a jeep they were travelling in met with an accident at Resh of Kathekhola Rural Municipality-7 in Baglung on Thursday.
The deceased have been identified as Lal Bahadur Thapa, 25, and Deepak Karki, 8, of Kathekhola Rural Municipality-7.
The incident occurred when the four-wheeler (Dha 1 Ja 188) heading towards Baglung headquarters from Resh skidded off the road and fell 100 metres down, police said.
The cause behind the accident was slippery condition of the road. RSS
