The Development Committee of the Legislature –Parliament has directed the road division and Physical Infrastructure and Transport Ministry to bar vehicular movement during night at Narayangadh-Muglin road section.
Committee Chairman Rabindra Adhikari, after the committee meeting held on Tuesday, said that the direction to such effect had been issued in view of the risk that following the ongoing road upgradation works.
The committee had conducted an inspection of the road section a few days ago.
The House committee has also directed the concerned authorities to remove electricity poles laying along the road section at Nagdhunga area.
