According to Executive officer and Chief Election Officer of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan, Bharat Mani Pandey, the voting time was extended till late in the evening following an all-party meeting.
Of the total 4,857 registered voters in Butwal-13, 3254 votes were cast until 9:30 pm.
