Over one third of voters from the three provinces have cast their vote by 11:30 am on Wednesday.
According to Surya Prasad Sharma spokesperson at the EC, the average vote cast in 38 districts has reached to 33 percent. The highest 60 percent turnout has been reported in Solukhumbu district.

He said that poll has not been stalled in any polling station due to rain or other causes. According to our Dang correspondent Durga Lal KC 45 percent voters have cast their votes.

Similarly, Bidhya Rai reports from Bhojpur that 40 percent of the turnout has been reported in the district in around 4.5 hours since the voting process began in 7 in the morning.
