According to CIAA Itahari chapter DSP Ramesh Bista, sub-engineer Manoj Kumar Yadav was arrested for preparing a technical report stating the completion of the construction of Siddha Saraswati Secondary School at Mangjabung, Kummyak Village Council-2.
The DEO had allotted Rs 2,400,000 for the construction of a four-roomed concrete building.
