Janakpurdham (dhanusa)
General strike called by Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal continued to affect life in Janakpur in the district for the third consecutive day on Thursday.
Transportation has come to a halt while educational institutions, industries, banks and the market remained closed.
However, e-rickshaws, bicycles and motorcycles are allowed to ply.
Likewise, government offices have witnessed a reduced presence of service seekers. The impact of the strike is little in rural areas comparatively. RSS
