RPP, SSFN, RJPN to support Deuba for PM

A Parliamentary Party meeting of the party held on Sunday decided to support the formation of government under NC President Deuba, informed RPP spokesperson Sushil Shrestha. The party has also formed a three-member committee comprising of leaders Jayant Chand, Dilnath Giri and Kunti Shahi to decide on joining the government.
It is learnt that the NC president had earlier met with RPP leaders and offered them four-ministerial berth in his yet-to-be formed government. However, Deuba had said that the RPP representatives would not be given the Deputy PM's post leaving the party in a limbo on whether to support or stay in the opposition.
Likewise, Upendra Yadav-led Sanghiya Samajwadi Forum Nepal has also decided to support Deuba for the top Executive post.
Similarly, recently formed Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) has also decided to support Deuba's bid to run for the post of Prime Minister.

A meeting of RJPN leaders held at Bijulibazaar in the Capital on Sunday decided to support NC president Deuba. However, the party will not join the government, informed leader Keshav Jha.
