PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal addressed the nation from his office in Singha Durbar on Wednesday afternoon.

Though he was scheduled to address the nation from the Parliament this morning, it was put off after the main opposition CPN-UML obstructed the Parliament meeting protesting the government’s decision to increase the number of local units in a dozen of Tarai districts.
