The government has decided to award Budhigandaki Hydroelectric Project to Gezhouba Group Corporation (CGGC) of China.
The Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday approved in principle the Energy Ministry’s proposal to let the Chinese company build the 1200 MW storage type project under engineering, procurement, construction and finance model.
