Nepal Army personnel have defused six socket bombs in Udaypur Ghadi of Udaypur district on Tuesday.
The bombs were found near the residence of a farmer at Sirbani village of Udayapur Ghadi Village Council – 2, RSS reported.
A team from NA's Bhawani battalion company led by Captain Bharat Giri defused the bomb after locals informed police about it.
NA personnel believed that the bombs might have been hidden there during the insurgency period. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
