An elderly among six members of a single family from Sangrumba of Deumai – 10, Ilam have fallen ill after consuming wild mushroom.
According to the District Police Office, Ilam, Deuman Limbu, 46, Sukpal Limbu, 55, Shesh Limbu, 24, Sangbo Limbu, 20, Teruhang Limbu, 17 and Dalhang Limbu, 75, have been taken ill.
They fell ill after consuming wild mushrooms during dinner on Monday night. The condition of all the family members is reported to be critical, according to Ilam Hospital's health assistant, Tika Luintel. They have been referred to Dharan for further treatment. RSS
