Three officials of the Land Revenue Office, Chitwan, were arrested for their alleged involvement in receiving bribe from a service seeker.
Acting on a tip-off, police arrested non-gazetted officer Manoj Niraula, computer operator Pradeep Paudel and accountant Phanindra Raj Tiwari for taking Rs 6,500 from one Birkha Lal Gurunbg of Chandibhangyanj.
SP Deepak Thapa of the District Police Office, Chiwan, said that they have already started investigation into the incident.
