Four killed in Kalikot landslide
Four persons including three of a single family died in a landslide triggered by torrential rainfall at Lalighat bazaar in remote Kalikot district on Thursday evening.

Four persons including three of a single family died in a landslide triggered by torrential rainfall at Lalighat bazaar in remote Kalikot district on Thursday evening.
The deceased have been identified as Gorkhe Sikal BK, 40, Ghan Sikal BK and Baskura Sikal BK, 13, of Naraharinath Rural Municipality-1 and Bhawana Devkota of Sanne Tribeni Rural Municipality-3 in the district, according to police Inspector Surya Bahadur Bogati.
Police Head Constable Surendra Thapa of the Humla-based temporary police post said that the rainfall is still on and the rescue operation was affected as the landslide is yet to stop. RSS
