The Central Committee (CC) meeting of the main opposition CPN-UML scheduled for Sunday has been postponed.
The party had to postpone the meeting as party Chairman KP Sharma Oli is in Thailand for a follow-up medical check-up.
According to the party Publicity Department Chief and Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai, though the meeting was scheduled for holding discussions on finalising party's election manifesto and internal preparations for elections among others, it has been postponed due to the absence of party Chairman Oli.
It has been learnt that the next meeting will be held after Oli's arrival. RSS
