2 killed in Kavre bike-jeep collision

At least two people died and six others were injured in a motorbike-Tata Sumo collision at Roshi Municipality-11 in Piple of Kavre on Wednesday.
One of the deceased has been identified as Min Bahadur Poudel, 35, of Karkeswori VDC-3 of Okhaldhunga while the identity of another is yet to be established.
According to police Inspector Shankar Shrestha of the Area Police Office, Mangaltar, the bike (Ba 45 Pa 6753) en route to Sindhuli from Kathmandu collided head-on with the bus (Ba 4 Kha 603) this morning.
Both the bike rider and pillion rider breathed their last during the course of treatment at the Dhulikhel Hospital.
Police said that the injured are receiving treatment at the same health facility. RSS
