A teenage boy has gone missing in the Karnali River after he apparently fell down into the mighty river while taking selfie in Rajapur of Bardiya district on Wednesday.
The missing person has been identified as Rupesh Shrestha, 16, of Rajapur-11, according to Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Bal Bahadur Thapa of the District Police Office, Bardiya.
Police said that Shrestha accidently fell down into the river while taking selfie from a bridge over the river.
Police informed that they are searching for Shrestha.
