Morang fire yet to be brought under control

According to SP Sandeep Bhandari of the District Police Office, Morang, 12 fire engines have been used for dousing the fire.
Police said that a dozer and an excavator have also been used to stop the fire from spreading further.
Meanwhile, the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has also cut off the electricity line.
The fire broke out at around 4 am on Friday.

Fire fighters struggle to control fire at Magic Slipper Factory
The fire that broke out at Magic Chappal Industry, a slipper factory, at Tanki Sinuwari in Morang district from 4am on Friday morning is yet to be contained.
The local police and factory workers are trying to douse the fire with the help of 10 fire engines called in from Biratnagar, Damak, Itahari, Dharan, Inaruwa and Rajbiraj, informed Morang District Police Office.
The cause of the fire is yet to be established and preliminary estimates put the damage at millions of rupees, police added.
