A group of unidentified persons torched an Indian truck laden with goats at Kalmannagar in Bharatpur-4 of Chitwan district on Friday.
According to locals, a group of five to six persons riding on motorcycles torched the parked truck (UP 53 BT 2187) this afternoon and fled the scene.
SP Deepak Thapa of the District Police Office, Chitwan, said that they are searching for the miscreants.
Police said that they might have torched the truck to take revenge of the Kanchanpur incident.
