RPP to join govt, Thapa to become DPM & Local Development Minister

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is all set to expand the cabinet by including two ministers from the recently unified Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) on Thursday.
RPP Chairman Kamal Thapa will be inducted as the Deputy Prime Minister and Local Development Minister at the Dahal cabinet, informed PM’s press advisor Govinda Acharya.
According to RPP Chief whip Dil Nath Giri, RPP Chairman Thapa’s swearing in ceremony is scheduled to take place at 6:30 pm today evening.
Likewise, incumbent Local Development Minister Hitraj Pandey will likely be given the responsibility of handling another ministry, informed Giri.
Similarly, Pashuram Tamang is also joining the government from the party.
He will be inducted as the State Minister.
