A woman was killed when a boulder extracted by a dozer in course of constructing a road hit the motorcycle she was riding on.
The deceased has been identified as 20-year-old Sita Nepali of Chidika VDC-3 of Gulmi district.
Nepali was pillion riding on a motorcycle on her way to Angaha of Digam VDC for medical treatment when a stone extracted by the dozer rolled down and hit the motorbike on Saturday morning.
Seriously injured Nepali was taken to the Lumbini Medical College, Prabas in Palpa where she died in course of treatment, police said. The motorcycle had overturned after the impact. The motorcycle rider however was unscathed in the incident. RSS
