At least five houses were reduced to ashes when a fire broke out at Babiya Gaun of Okhaldhunga district on Saturday.
The incident occurred at around 10 am today.
Police personnel with the help of locals are battling to extinguish the fire, it has been learnt.
Police said that details about the loss cause by the fire are yet to come.
The cause behind the fire is yet to be ascertained.
