A man has been cheated in the pretext of exchanging Nepali rupees with US dollars from Gothatar, Kageshowari Manohara Municipality-11 of Kathmandu on Wednesday.
A group of two unidentified persons in their mid 20s had defrauded Jok Bahadur Ghale, 60, of Barpak, Gorkha, currently residing at Samakhusi, Kathmandu, of Rs 150,000 in the name of exchanging Nepali rupees with US dollars, police said.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
